1. VISA TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1 Any person permitted to make use of the Platform https://axzoraeducation.com/ or Mobile Application as well as any other media, form, channel, or mobile Platform related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the ‘Platform’ ), whether as a guest or a registered user (‘The Customer’, ‘you’ ‘your’) who need to avail VISA services of the Axzora Education (‘Company’ ‘we’ ‘us’ shall be subject to the terms and conditions as detailed below.
1.2 By instructing the Company to undertake services on your behalf, the Customer is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Customer also undertakes that the Customer Agreement as accepted by him/her shall also be read in conjunction with the present T&Cs and are therefore not being reproduced for the sake of brevity.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES AND PROCEDURE
2.1 At the outset, the Customer agrees that they understand that the approval /rejection of visa, is at the sole discretion of the Embassy/High Commission before which the visa application is submitted. Axzora Education has no role in either assessing or processing the visa application. The scope of services offered by Axzora Education w.r.t visa services is detailed herein below.
2.2 VISA services inter-alia includes collection and review of documents, submission of VISA applications and any other ancillary services connected thereto before appropriate institutions and/or immigration authorities/Embassy.
2.3. We will provide you with the information necessary for the visa application process (as provided by the respective Embassy/High Commission) along with the average time taken for the processing of a visa application, to enable you to apply for the visa in a timely manner.
2.4. All requirements for making a visa application (including, but not limited to, documentation, fees and time frames) are calculated based on general criteria and can vary due to a lot of factors including but not limited to the information provided by you (including, but not limited to, current or previous nationality, residence, gender, age, profession, recent travel and religion).
2.5 We will always try and ensure to provide you correct and updated information, regarding requirements for passports and VISAs. There may be instances where the requisite is not made available to us, as a result of which we may not be able to provide the same to you. In such cases, we will not be held responsible for any inaccuracy in such information.
2.6 The services offered by Axzora Education should not be considered or construed as visa advisory services in any way. We shall only provide a check list of documents to you as is prescribed by the concerned nation/country for the purposes of applying for visa. We may only cross-check the documents as per the check list without going through the contents of each document. We will also not advise on the merit of the documents and the likelihood of approval or rejection of the visa being applied for.
2.7 We may also appoint third party vendors for the visa application process for different countries. Such third party vendors will be responsible for applying for your visa for the respective countries they have been appointed for. You undertake to provide the documents required for the processing of the visa, promptly to us. You further undertake that the documents submitted are genuine and further the information provided by you is true and correct. We shall bear no responsibility to verify the genuineness of the documents or the information provided. You are also required to provide necessary and correct information, to allow us to submit application for visa processing, such information may include, but is not limited to, the your name, address, holiday destination, and any other information which we consider necessary for the purpose of processing the visa application. Once Necessary Information is supplied by a you, you agrees with us to file necessary VISA application along with Visa Fees/Embassy charges on your behalf to concerned consulate/embassy.
2.8 You also understands that once visa application is filed by us on your behalf, the concerned consulate/embassy/high commission, may call the you for a face to face, interview, at its sole discretion. We shall have no role to play in this process and shall promptly inform the you about the date, time and requirements (if any) as communicated by the concerned Embassy/High Commission.
2.9 OK TO BOARD: An ”ok to board” may be required for your travelling to U.K. You understands that it is the complete discretion of the concerned Airline/ department to grant or reject ’ok to board”.
2.10 You are required to provide valid communication details (mobile number/ email id) at the time of applying for the Visa / OK TO BOARD services, as these will be the only point of contact for timely update on the status of your Visa / OK TO BOARD application by our company.
3. PAYMENTS
3.1 You agree to pay Axzora Education , the sum of Rs. Rs.200000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only), towards the cost of providing the services of submitting the application on your behalf to concerned embassy and one way flight ticket. This payment will be made in addition to the Visa fees, Embassy charges and other similar fees by whatever name called or as prescribed by the respective Nation.
3.2 You will be liable to pay the Service Fee at the time confirmation is given by you to avail our services. Embassy fees/taxes/other charges which are not there under our control are subject to changes made by Embassies/Government Authorities without prior notice to us, and we cannot be held liable for this.
3.3 In addition to the aforesaid any charges for logistics, i.e. pick up of documents, collection of passport etc. or any courier charges shall be in addition to the fees mentioned above.
4. CANCELLATION FEES/CHARGES
4.1 You agree that once a Booking ID for a visa application is generated, our Service Fee shall be non-refundable. However, the visa fee maybe refundable only till such time the application is filed. Once the application has been submitted to the concerned embassy/high commission, visa fee will be non-refundable. The aforesaid is as per the guidelines of the embassy/high commission and we have no control or authority over it.
4.2 We reserves the right to charge additional cancellation charges in appropriate cases.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5. 1 We solely acts as a facilitator for Visa processing and are not responsible for grant or rejection of your Visa in any manner whatsoever. Issuance of VISA is a sole decision of concerned Embassy and We cannot be held liable for the same. We undertake to provide best of our VISA Services. However, We shall not be held liable for the acts and omissions of any consulate/embassy/authorities in delaying or not issuing the VISA for any reason whatsoever. We also cannot be held liable for any incidental cost/expenses in connection thereto incurred by the Customer.
5.2 Once we return your passport and documents, it is your responsibility to check that all requisite VISAs have been obtained and details mentioned therein are correct and matches to your travel itinerary. You shall also check your personal details mentioned on the VISA issued.
5.3 You shall also understand that, even when a VISA is issued, you may be denied entry as it is the local immigration authorities which have a final say on entry decision and in that case We cannot be held liable. We also recommends that You shall secure VISA prior to date of departure.
5.4 We will not be liable in any respect or for any loss or delay caused by events including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including passport and embassy consular officials).
5.5 You also agrees that in case of rejection, if You wishes to reapply/appeal against rejection of the Visa, we shall do the same strictly pursuant to your instructions. The reapplying/appeal shall be a fresh transaction and the You will be liable to pay the applicable fee for such reapplying/appeal process alongwith service fee to us. Unless otherwise applied by the You, We will not initiate reapplication of any Visa application.
5.6 In certain cases, the third party vendor appointed by Axzora Education may refuse to submit the your visa application basis the credentials, which may be decided on the basis of the documents submitted by you. This will be done only in cases where the vendor is of the opinion that there exists a substantial risk of the visa being rejected. In such cases, if certain additional documents are required, the same will be informed to you and the application would be submitted if the documents are found to be in order. However, if the application is not submitted by the vendor, the visa fee shall be refunded but our Service Fee shall remain nonrefundable.
5.7 For visa applications where submission of passports is required, we shall take all necessary steps to ensure that the passport is safely delivered to the you. However, we agree and undertake that we shall in no way be held liable if the passport is lost in transit or misplaced by the logistics service provider.
6. Countries for which the Services are being offered
6.1 The countries for which the visa application services are being offered is mentioned in the visa section of the desktop site and the mobile app. The list of countries is subject to change at the discretion of Axzora Education.
7. Modification Of Terms And Conditions
7.1 We reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which our Platform is offered, including but not limited to the charges. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these T&Cs.
8. JURISDICTION
8.1 We hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country other than those where it is operating its offices. We consider itself and intends to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Telangana, Hyderabad, India.
